Terms of appointments “No show up” and “Cancellation”
Please kindly understand when you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (No show up) or if you cancel with less
than 2 hours before your appointment time (Late cancellation) we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and
other clients who desire that time miss the opportunity to receive our services. Since the services of Koala Tan are
reserved for you personally a fee for “No show up” - $10+HST and “Late cancellation” - $5+HST must be paid by
appropriate customers.
